Brand new Aerotek Hi- Performance 503 Rotax Late Style ultralight aircraft engine Top End overhaul kit as shown 2nd oversize. Includes the following:

1. 2 Moly coated hard crowned2nd oversizebore (72.50 MM) Hyper Eutectic pistons.

2. Piston rings for 2 72.5mm "bore" dual ring pistons. piston pins and circlips.

3.Bearings are out of stock and not included.

4. Overhaul gasket and seal kit with proper teflon lipped aircraft grade crankshaft seals for the late model 503.

Advantages of the moly coated pistons are. A. Highly resistant to heat, B. Improved piston Life. Hypereutetic alloy features increased piston strength. C. A/P A/I recommended. Hypereutectic pistons are made of an aluminum alloy which has much more silicon present than is soluble in aluminum at the operating temperature. Hypereutectic aluminum has a lower coefficient of thermal expansion, which allows engine designers to specify much tighter tolerances.

NOTE We carry sets for any oversize bore. .010, .020". 1st and 2nd oversize are available plus Rotax 277 377 447 503 532 464 521 582 piston kits.
