The ammeter is marked:

BFGoodrich – PROP DE-ICER AMPS
Scale: 0-50 D.C. Amperes
Markings: 127-HR / FS = 50 mV

The included aircraft panel plate features markings for several anti-ice controls including:

Wing Ice Light
Wing-Tail De-Icers
Windshield Panel Heat

This type of indicator is used to monitor electrical current supplied to the propeller de-icing system.
