2. Intended UseLimitation
By purchasing any item fromDP COMPONENTS, the buyeracknowledges and agrees that the item(s) will be usedonly innon-flying applicationsandwill not be installed on aircraftintended for flight or any system operating under civil aviation authorityoversight.
3. No RegulatoryApproval or Association
Products sold byDP COMPONENTSareindependentlydesigned and manufacturedand arenot certified, approved,endorsed, or associatedwith any aviation authority or originalequipment manufacturer (OEM).

The maximum liability ofDP COMPONENTSfor any claimrelated to a purchase shall belimited to the original purchase priceand applicable shipping costs, in accordance with our return policy.

All items offered forsale are clearly identified, advertised, and sold as non-approved,non-airworthy articles intended solely for the non-operational usesexpressly stated in these Terms & Conditions. No product is represented asapproved, airworthy, eligible for installation, or suitable for use on anyaircraft or aircraft system intended for flight under FAA, EASA, or any othercivil aviation authority oversight.
DP COMPONENTS does notmisrepresent, conceal, or imply approval status, traceability, certification,or conformity. Responsibility for determining regulatory applicability,approval requirements, and lawful use of any product rests solely with thebuyer.
The buyer acknowledgesthat the sale of such non-approved articles for non-aviation, educational,display, experimental, or collection purposes is permissible under applicableguidance, including AC 21-29D, provided that no representation of approval or airworthinessis made or implied.
7. Governing Lawand Jurisdiction
Any and all disputes, claims, legal actions, or proceedings of any kind arisingout of or in connection with the purchase, sale, possession, use, or resale ofany product sold by DP COMPONENTS—including but not limited to claims relatingto liability, damages, misrepresentation, product use, or compliance—shall begoverned exclusively by the laws of the Czech Republic, as applicablewithin the European Union, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
The buyer expresslyagrees that any legal action, lawsuit, arbitration, or court proceeding shallbe brought exclusively before the competent courts of the Czech Republic,and the buyer irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
