wow those actually look really real.

Accept for the one that says power 82%

What effect did you use to get them like that? (other then black and white)

Looks like he used "Grain Rough" and put the sharpness to 100%. By the way, good pictures!

Noise filter? Nice work, but for some reason a few of the shots look like "photocopies" IMHO...I find duotoning with a brownish ink works fine for that vintage look, as well as manual smudging and overall beating-up

wow nice work, the exterior views on those look excellent!!

If you ever decide to make any moving black and white films don't forget to put the fiber (that is always stuck to the lens for a few frames) in there somewhere

Hey, Nyx, how do you make those black and white movies? And how do you make the fiber in the movie? Thanks in advance!

I used paint shop pro 5 to make thos pics.
First I put gray scale --> highlight/midtone/shadow ---> sharpen ---> noise and that's that I think

Excellent idea, Stuka.

I took one of your shots and tried to make it look even more realistic, keeping in mind that these in-flight photos were often taken in difficult conditions with cheap cameras. The focus was often soft, and the pictures a little indefinite and overexposed.

The first camera I had as a kid was a box camera. I tried to lean toward the kind of results I got from that.

Hope you don't mind the "artistic license"...

I'm going to try a few of my own and see if I can't fine tune this some more.

Thanks for the idea!

Jonny

Does nayone what is the BEST software for editing movies? Paint shop pro is just TOO slow for me, and Corel is just to basic.

Can you make movies from Photoshop?

Thanks

For editing movies? Well, Discreet Edit and Adobe Premiere, but if you mean images, then it's Photoshop, although PSP is a lot cheaper. What do you mean by "too slow"? Photoshop's inteface is pretty clunky at first so it's pretty tough at first.
